On Wednesday evening, Lodi Police, assisted by Columbia County and Sauk County Sheriff's Offices, pursued and stopped a stolen Chevy Malibu. The driver--identified as Aaron J Kotzer, 30--was arrested the following morning in connection to the incident, and pursuant to an existing Department of Corrections Warrant.
