This coming Saturday (18th) is the Lodi Brew-B-Que–an event to designed to raise money to support our local economy, promote our local businesses, and help new business owners get established.
Oh… and there will be music, beer, ribs, games, craft beer, competition, and a whole bunch of people hanging out and having fun.
Did I forget to mention that?
Pay It Forward
The Chamber still needs volunteers to help with Brew-B-Que. They’re offering Chamber members a 25% discount on annual fees if they volunteer. I can’t match that. But I can do this:
For the first 10 people to step up and volunteer at least 2 hours of their time1you have to let me know that you’re doing it, and I have to get confirmation that you showed up and worked 2 hours from the Chamber, I will purchase a $10 Reach Out Lodi donation bag from the Main Street Market.
$100 is enough to keep the Lodi Valley Chronicle publishing for 6 months. I’m giving it to a better cause.
$100 is enough to give 10 Lodi families what they need to make it through some hard times.
What are you doing for two hours on Saturday that’s worth more than that?
