Starting at 10:30 am, Second Harvest will be staffing several drive-up stations in the Elementary School parking lot. This program is open to everyone–no questions asked. Simply drive up to the station and open your trunk. Staff will place the food package in your trunk and close it, letting you know it’s okay to drive off.
This is the first of an ongoing program, and will be used to gauge the amount of food needed for future distribution dates. Second Harvest and Reach Out Lodi are working together to figure out the best times. When they’re set, the times will be reported in the Chronicle.
